Job summary

Transwest Inc in Colorado is seeking a Warranty Administrator to provide administrative support to the service department, maintaining accurate databases, and assisting with preparation of reports and payroll. You will monitor repair progress and keep records updated.

Responsibilities include answering calls, informing customers of status, processing invoices and warranty claims, coordinating with the Shop Foreman, and ensuring proper documentation for warranty coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
• Extremely strong customer service oriented presence.
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers, both written and verbal.
• Highly skilled in use of computers with a Windows operating system.
• Experience with Google Suite applications is a plus.
• Ability to complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls to ensure all calls are answered promptly.
• Communicate with customers by responding quickly to inquiries.
• Answer service calls and provide timely updates to clients regarding repair status and scheduling.
• Check in new vehicles and interview customers to determine needed repairs.
• Create and invoice repair orders and follow up with customers regarding service.
• Review work performed with client and collect payment.
• Maintain and update customer records and warranty documentation.
