Job summary

AgriVision Equipment Group and PrairieLand Partners is seeking a Warranty Administrator in Kansas to manage and reconcile warranty claims across locations, reporting to the Aftermarket Support Manager.

The role requires processing claims, ensuring complete information, and collaborating with Service Managers, Technicians, and Parts to follow warranty procedures and support the Product Improvement Program and related credits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two or more years in service department operations.
• Knowledge of Deere Warranty system and dealer service software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process parts and service warranty claims.
• Oversee the warranty process to ensure information is complete.
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up on all claims.
• Consult Service Managers, Technicians, and Parts on warranty procedures.
• Assist in managing the Product Improvement Program (PIP).
• Support Short-line Warranties including credits.
• Support Shortage and Damage Claims.
• Assist locations with machine transfer and unknown location processes.
• Perform other duties to ensure AVE-PLP success.
