Lennox International (ADP) is seeking a Warranty Specialist to administer warranty claims, registrations, and reporting. You will serve as the primary contact for distributors, dealers, and internal teams, ensuring timely resolutions and accurate recordkeeping.

The role requires strong organizational skills, customer focus, and experience with ERP/SAP systems; a path to growth within a global HVAC company is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer service, warranty administration, or related roles.
• Experience reviewing and processing warranty claims.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Experience working with ERP/SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer warranty claims and registrations; serve as contact for inquiries.
• Process credits, returns, and warranty reporting with accuracy.
• Support distributor portal users and IT systems for access issues.
• Generate warranty reports and maintain documentation.
