Job summary

ADP (Advanced Distributor Products), a Lennox International company, seeks a Warranty Specialist to administer warranty claims, registrations, and support distributors, dealers, and internal teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will manage claims, registrations, and credits while maintaining records and generating reports to drive improvements in warranty processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service, warranty administration, claims processing, or related experience.
• Experience reviewing and processing warranty claims.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience working within ERP and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and process warranty claims for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Process warranty registrations and correct registration errors as needed.
• Manually register equipment serial numbers when approved or when system exceptions occur.
• Research warranty eligibility, claim status, product information, and registry history.
• Provide warranty claim status updates to customers, distributors, sales reps, and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve routine warranty issues independently while escalating complex situations.
• Respond to warranty related calls and emails; assist customers and dealers with inquiries.
• Coordinate warranty-related credits, returns, and freight claims with internal teams.
• Maintain warranty records and generate daily/operational reports.
• Support distributor portal users and assist with password resets and access issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve warranty issues and drive improvements.
