Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Minnesota seeks a Claims Representative to manage warranty claims from intake to resolution, delivering a premier customer experience. You will document activities in Dynamics 365 CRM, collaborate with technicians, vendors, and internal teams, and resolve claims with accuracy and cost efficiency.

You'll need a High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and CRM experience; proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with CRM and familiar with ordering/quoting tools (AccuQuote preferred).
• Strong analytical and customer-focused communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle claim intake, validation and documentation in Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Create work orders for technicians and vendors to optimize costs and service quality.
• Monitor progress and achieve timely, cost-effective claim resolutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective actions.
• Prepare management communications on claim trends and opportunities.
