Job summary

Coastal Construction Equipment LLC is seeking a Warranty Analyst/Writer to manage warranty workflows for machines and parts. You will prepare and submit claims, enroll Extended Protection Plan coverage, generate reports, and monitor claim status with minimal supervision.

The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience in warranty administration or service operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with warranty processes and guidelines.
• Ability to analyze reports and identify machines approaching hardship status.
• Review work orders for warranty timeframes compliance.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit warranty claims, reports, and discounts accurately.
• Enroll all EPP coverage for Caterpillar and non-Caterpillar machines.
• Review and monitor claim statuses, notifying supervisors of grievances or recovery issues.
• Run regular reports to identify machines in hardship status and advise supervisors.
• Inspect work orders to ensure compliance with warranty guidelines and coverage periods.
