Qualifications

• Understanding data requirements for OEM warranty submissions across multiple claim types.
• Experience curating complex data sets for Labor Operation Codes in automotive.
• Ability to reference OEM and third-party labor catalogs and US state rules.

Responsibilities

• Curate complex data sets for vehicle repair services, maintenance, parts, and labor.
• Maintain a curated content database for internal teams.
• Leverage WarrBots and WarrInsights to organize and categorize content.
• Review failures and update content to remove automation blockers.
• Monitor OEM warranty trends and emerging topics to anticipate needs.
• Partner with Product Management to build data tools meeting standards.
