• Monitor warranty OEM and industry trends to stay ahead of content needs.
• Derive insights and recommendations to improve content and increase automation for OEM teams and clients.
• Collaborate with Product Management to develop data management tools meeting industry standards.
• Conduct research and analysis for data integrations and new features to enhance catalog curation.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of processing franchise dealership warranty claims, designing efficient processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to curate data sets. Leveraging your extensive experience in the automotive industry and dealer warranty processing, you will enhance the accuracy and efficiency of our automation processes.

What You Will Be Doing

• Curate complex data sets for automotive manufacturers and fixed operations departments, encompassing catalogs for vehicle repair services, maintenance schedules, parts, and labor operations and times.
• Maintain a curated content database or library for easy access by internal teams.
• Utilize custom built applications - WarrBots and WarrInsights to organize and categorize content. Regularly review failures and update existing content to remove automation blockers.
• Monitor warranty OEM and industry trends and emerging topics to stay ahead of content needs.
• Derive and utilize insights and recommendations for content improvement and optimization to increase automation for OEM teams and their clients.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to develop best-in-class data management tools that meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis for data integrations and new feature implementations to enhance the effectiveness of our catalog curation process.

What You Need for this Position

• In depth understanding of data requirements for one or more Automotive OEM warranty submission for all claim types including Manufacturer Campaigns/Recalls, Maintenance Services, Pre-Delivery Inspections, Limited Production Options, Fleet, Sublets, and Rentals.
• Proven experience curating complex data sets for Labor Operation Codes for automotive manufacturers or dealership fixed operations departments.
• Being able to reference OEM and Third Party Labor catalogs and understand US by state law requirements.
• Strong collaboration skills, with a history of working closely with Service Delivery, Product Management, and Engineering teams to develop data management solutions.
• Work cooperatively with Service Delivery and Customer Success teams to verify curation accuracy and to account for dealer or Warranty Specialist process deviations.

Nice to Have

• Experience working at a growth stage startup
• Familiarity with creating and implementing Regular Expressions (Regex)
• Experience in applying semi-automated Bots and reviewing fully automated Bots for claim processing
