Job summary

MSX International in Nashville is seeking a Warranty Process Review Audit Specialist to audit the retailer network and provide an in-depth review of warranty and service fixed operations. The role focuses on warranty claim applications, documentation, and process compliance.

You will travel extensively, conduct independent audits, create detailed findings, and guide dealers on best practices while reporting to MSXI/HMA management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of audit experience preferred.
• Experience with dealer management systems (ADP, R&R, CDK) preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluency in English in spoken and written form.
• Willingness to travel at least 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Audit the dealer network and review warranty processes.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommended actions.
• Explain audit results to dealers and management.
• Support regional and dealer personnel with best-practice guidance.
• Track KPI data to identify dealer strengths and weaknesses.
• Use MSXI/HMA IT systems to pull dealer metrics.
