Responsibilities

• Administers proper warranty, working in the best interest of customers.
• Works with Service Managers to ensure proper warranty administration.
• Prepares and processes electronic warranty claims.
• Maintains control of open claims for resolution.
• Trains Foremen and Service Advisors on warranty coverage.
