H+H Automotive LLC seeks a Warranty Administrator to join the warranty team in Papillion, NE. The role involves processing warranty claims, ensuring accurate charges, and reconciling schedules for timely payments.

You will maintain warranty records and support the claims process, working 40 hours weekly between 7am and 6pm. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is required to support daily tasks.

• Prepare, record, and reconcile all warranty claims in an accurate and efficient manner utilizing manufacturer specific policies, procedures and requirements.
• Identify and investigate all schedules assigned by your manager.
• Monitor the wash tunnel and the safety of Customers during the wash experience.
• Verify all repair orders for accuracy by checking for the 3 C’s (Complaint, Cause, Correction).
• Verify and correct all repair orders as necessary to ensure customers are properly charged, and accounting is properly handled.
• Maintain accurate service and warranty records in accordance with manufacturers processing and policy/procedure manuals.
• 40 hours a week anytime between the hours of 7am-6pm.

Job Description

Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute:

The H+H Group is hiring at our H+H Kia at Village Pointe location! In order to provide a Best-in-Class Customer experience, we will be adding to our Warranty Team which is responsible for submission of all warranty claims, collecting money due from the manufacturer and reconciling all Service related schedules for prompt payment. Currently hiring for a full time position. If you are looking for a new career and want to work for the best Leaders in the Automotive Industry, Pay is $20 per hour.
