Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
• Extremely strong customer service oriented presence.
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Highly skilled in using computers; Windows OS and related software.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and update clients in a timely manner.
• Check in new vehicles and interview customers to determine needed repairs.
• Create and invoice repair orders; follow up on payments.
• Review work with clients and coordinate with Shop Foreman.
• Maintain warranty paperwork and submit claims to vendors.
• Assist Service Manager and Foreman with daily tasks and payroll auditing.
