Avamere in Rio Rancho, NM seeks a friendly Receptionist for our independent living, memory care and assisted living campus. The role is part-time and acts as the first contact, welcoming residents, visitors and staff, handling phones and basic administrative tasks to support daily operations.

You should have clerical experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• One or more years of clerical experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcoming visitors, residents, and staff; directing them as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of visitors and appointments; ensure confidentiality.
