Job summary

PepsiCo in Rosenberg, TX is hiring for a warehouse associate to load/unload pallets, pick cases and operate a forklift after training. The role includes lifting 15-50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working nights on a rotating schedule (11pm–7am or 3pm–11pm, 7am–3pm).

You will ensure accurate order fulfillment, maintain sanitation, and help keep the cold, loud production area safe. Applicants must be 18+, available weekends/holidays, and able to work in extreme temperatures.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be 18 years or older.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift 15–50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of climbing, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and stretching.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull products repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers.
• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology.
• Safely operate a forklift after training and certification.
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on floor of a truck trailer.
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required.
