Job summary

PepsiCo in Dallas, TX is seeking a warehouse associate to load and unload pallets, pick cases, and assist with trailer loading. Training will be provided for forklift operation and safety protocols.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift 15–50 pounds, and willingness to work weekends and varied shifts in a fast-paced environment with high energy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work on weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift 15–50 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel and stretch for extended periods.
• Capable of repeatedly lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and handling products.
• Willing to work at heights using ladders or lifts.
• Able to work in extreme temperatures, humidity, loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and cases to and from trailers.
• Pick appropriate cases according to orders using required technology.
• Safely operate a forklift after training and certification.
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required.

• Pay: $24.86 per hour

• Schedule: Schedule can vary, 4 days of work a week, 12:00PM - Until complete

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older

• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift

• You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers

• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology

• Safely operate a forklift after we provide training and you obtain certification

• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer

• Maintain general housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required
