Job summary

PepsiCo in Louisville, KY is seeking a warehouse associate to load/unload pallets, pick cases, and safely operate a forklift after training. You’ll work a 3‑day schedule including Sundays and Fridays, with 1:00 pm start times and typical 8‑hour days.

The role requires lifting 15–50 lbs, standing/walking, climbing and bending, and the ability to work in extreme temperatures and environments with loud equipment. Full‑time, equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift
• You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers
• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology
• Safely operate a forklift after we provide training and you obtain certification
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer
• Maintain general housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required
