Job summary

PepsiCo in Arden, NC is hiring for a full-time role supporting loading, unloading, pallet handling and forklift operations in a fast-paced plant environment.

The position requires weekend/holiday shifts, ability to lift 15–50 pounds, stand and walk lengthy periods, and willingness to work at heights and in extreme temperatures. On-the-job training provided, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to/from trailers
• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology
• Safely operate a forklift after training and certification
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required

Quick Look

• Pay: $23.98 per hour
• Location: 40 Frito Way, Arden, NC, 28704
• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Off Wednesday and Saturday., 3:00 PM - Until work is completed

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift
• You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

What You’ll Do
