Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring for a loading and material-handling role at our Menomonee Falls, WI plant. You will load/unload pallets, select cases for orders, and operate a forklift after training to ensure timely deliveries.

This position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for long periods, and readiness to work weekends and holidays. The role emphasizes safety, on-the-job training, and working in a fast-paced environment with high energy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and off shifts.
• Able to lift 15–50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods.
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products.
• Willing to work at heights using ladders or lifts.
• Able to work in environments with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers.
• Pick appropriate cases according to orders using required technology.
• Safely operate a forklift after training and certification.
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required.
