BD in Broken Bow, Nebraska is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. You will verify incoming items, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure labeling and organization meet safety standards.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 20 kg, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, with opportunities for overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receiving incoming goods and verifying their quantity and quality
• Storing items in designated areas and ensuring they are properly labeled
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Shipping products to customers using appropriate transportation methods
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements
• Working safely and adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow
• Other duties as assigned
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 20 kg)
• Flexibility to work overtime during busy periods
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
