Job summary

BD in Broken Bow, NE is seeking a manufacturing operator to maintain equipment, follow GMP standards and help ensure safe, compliant production on the 7am–3pm shift.

You will contribute to quality inspections, changeovers, and production reporting while keeping your work area clean and aligned with safety rules. BD is a global medical technology leader that values teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Knows and observes all quality and GMP standards.
• Maintains a clean work area and reports safety hazards.

• Performs quality inspections according to operational specifications.

• Possesses working knowledge of current production reporting systems.
