Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Minnesota is hiring a Warehouse Worker for night shifts. You will operate scales, stage pallets, and support shipping and inventory control in a cold environment.

Responsibilities include handling forklift and pallet jack operations, loading trucks, and ensuring order accuracy with Telxon equipment. We value safety and teamwork, with a competitive base pay plus shift differential.

Qualifications

• Pallet Jack or forklift certification preferred.
• Hand held scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to work in cold environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division, multiplication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the auto scale and reweigh station.
• Stack boxes weighing 50 pounds on pallets by product code.
• Assist with rework by repairing cases or identifying returns.
• Ensure inventory accuracy with daily scale adjustments.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack safely.
• Load trucks by hand and with equipment up to 50 pounds per case.
• Fill customer orders using Telxon equipment.
• Maintain clean area through daily sanitation.
• Report shipping problems to supervisor promptly.

Warehouse Worker Nights

At Pilgrim’s, Safety Is A Condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first - always.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the general operation and a basic maintenance of the auto scale.
• Performs manual scaling at the reweigh station, including general operation and basic maintenance.
• Constant repetitio n of stacking boxes weighing 50 pounds on pallets which are segregated by product code
• Assists with rework by either repairing the cases or identifying cases for return.
• Assures inventory accuracy by submitting daily scale adjustment reports.
• Rotates stock as required.
• Operates forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Loads trucks both with equipment and by hand which vary in weight up to 50 pounds per case.
• Ability to fill customer orders accurately using Telxon equipment.
• Keep area clean by performing daily general sanitation.
• Reports shipping problems or concerns to Supervisor of Lead Person immediately.
• Other duties as assigned
