Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Minnesota seeks a Warehouse Worker Nights to operate the auto scale, perform reweighing, and stack 50 lb boxes on pallets. The role supports inventory accuracy and basic maintenance, with duties including loading trucks and keeping the area clean.

Forklift certification and scanner experience are preferred, and you must be able to work in a cold environment. The schedule is Monday–Friday 3:00pm–11:30pm with occasional weekends; base salary plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Operate the auto scale and perform basic maintenance.
• Manual scaling at reweigh station and stack 50 lb boxes on pallets.
• Assist with rework and verify inventory accuracy with daily reports.
• Rotate stock and operate forklift safely.
• Load trucks and prepare customer orders using Telxon or similar equipment.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area and report issues to supervisor.

Warehouse Worker Nights

At Pilgrim’s, Safety Is A Condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first – always.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the general operation and a basic maintenance of the auto scale.
• Performs manual scaling at the reweigh station, including general operation and basic maintenance.
• Constant repetition of stacking boxes weighing 50 pounds on pallets which are segregated by product code
• Assists with rework by either repairing the cases or identifying cases for return.
• Assures inventory accuracy by submitting daily scale adjustment reports.
• Rotates stock as required.
• Operates forklift safely and efficiently.
• Loads trucks both with equipment and by hand which vary in weight up to 50 pounds per case.
• Ability to fill customer orders accurately using Telxon equipment.
• Keep area clean by performing daily general sanitation.
• Reports shipping problems or concerns to Supervisor of Lead Person immediately.
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• Pallet Jack or forklift certification preferred
• Hand held scanner experience preferred
• Ability to work in cold environment
• Ability work well with others
• Ability to live 50 lbs. Or more
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication (Prove it test)
