Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring a Warehouse Lead Nights to oversee and perform key warehouse operations in a safety‑driven environment. You will manage scale operations, assist with rework, and ensure inventory accuracy while leading a team during late shifts.

• Rotate stock as required.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack safely.
• Load trucks up to 50 lbs per case.
• Fill customer orders using Telxon equipment.
• Maintain clean work area through daily sanitation.
• Report shipping problems to Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Lead Nights **Resume Required**

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the general operation and a basic maintenance of the auto scale.
• Performs manual scaling at the reweigh station, including general operation and basic maintenance.
• Assists with rework by either repairing the cases or identifying cases for return.
• Assures inventory accuracy by submitting daily scale adjustment reports.
• Rotates stock as required.
• Operates forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Loads trucks both with equipment and by hand which vary in weight up to 50 pounds per case.
• Ability to fill customer orders accurately using Telxon equipment.
• Keep area clean by performing daily general sanitation.
• Reports shipping problems or concerns to Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• Leadership experience
• Pallet Jack or forklift certification
• Hand held scanner experience
• Basic computer skills such as Excel, Microsoft Word and use of emails.
• Ability to work in cold environment
• Ability work well with others
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. Or more
• Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak English
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication (Prove it test)
