Position Overview

Our Distribution Center is seeking dynamic and motivated warehouse associates. This role offers a high-paced, professional environment with a fun atmosphere. We currently have the following shifts available:

• Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with mandatory overtime as needed
• Mid Shift: Currently unavailable
• Night Shift: Currently unavailable

Starting pay rate is up to $21.17/hour, increasing to $22.47/hour after 12 months. Material handlers eligible for a performance-based incentive can earn additional income, with top performers earning up to $1.75/hour in incentives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Efficiency: Move efficiently during shifts to ensure quick and accurate shipping of products.
• Health & Wellness: Participate in our Vitality Wellness program to earn health discounts.
• Continuous Learning: Receive on-the-job training to operate industrial equipment and automation systems.
