• Pay ranges from $18.25 to $26.00 per hour plus $1.25 night premium pay, depending on experience.

• $500 sign-on bonus after 60 days.
• $500 retention bonus at 6 and 12 months.
• Only 195 workdays per year!
• Monday – Thursday, 4-10 schedule (3-day weekends).
• 128 hours of Paid Time Off annually to start (13 days).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain case picks per hour and accuracy goals.
• Examine stock to verify conformance to quality specifications and ensure product quality.
• Keep all locations neat, organized, and rotated for freshness.
• Fill orders and issue supplies with care and diligence.
• Store products appropriately based on identifying information.
• Assemble customer orders on pallets safely for delivery.
• Clean warehouse areas during shifts, including sweeping, trash disposal, and box disposal.
• Participate in forklift and pallet jack safety training and obtain necessary certifications.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of warehousing, forklift, and inventory procedures preferred.
• Must obtain forklift certification if not already certified.

Physical Demands

This role involves regularly lifting/moving/pulling or pushing 10-55 pounds, and occasionally up to 170 pounds (e.g., full beer kegs). It requires sitting, standing, walking, using hands, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Visual ability is essential.
