Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates for a full-time position in Rincon, NM. The role involves operating a Stand Up Clamp Truck, staging products, loading/unloading trailers, and maintaining accurate records. A safety-focused, reliable team player with good reading and follow-through is preferred.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
• Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required.
• Flexible to work overtime preferred.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required.
• This position is designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Stand Up Clamp Truck.
• Accurately stage and sort products for loading.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Sort and place parts in racks or other designated areas.
• Stack cardboard boxes and pallets.
• Package or kit finished product for shipping.
• Scan products using a warehouse management system.
• Complete daily logs and record units moved.
• Assemble product containers and crates as needed.

• Full time; Weekend Day shift Thursdays to Saturdays 6:00AM to 6:30pm
• Pay $20 base pay plus shift differentials ($2 on Fridays and Saturdays)
