Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join an excellent team in Winlock, WA. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a pleasant, outgoing attitude to excel in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with pay starting at $22 per hour plus a $1 per hour shift differential on applicable shifts; 36 hours paid as 40. Our benefits package features Paid Time Off, health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401K, boot allowance, and an associate referral

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
• Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required (where applicable by location).
• Flexible to work overtime preferred.

Responsabilités

• Accurately match numbers & letters.
• Accurately stage and sort products for loading.
• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Opens and closes dock doors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Move materials within the warehouse.
• Complies with all safety requirements.
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system.
• Quality control.
• Ensure damaged products are identified and removed when received.
• Attach identifying tags to containers, or mark them with identifying information.
• Pack containers and re-pack damaged containers.
• Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable).
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to pick up items from several locations for shipment (where applicable).
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

1st Shift Mon - Thur 5am-330pm

2nd Shift Mon - Thur 4pm-230am

3rd Shift Fri - Sun 8am-830pm

Pay

1st Shift: $22/hr

2nd Shift: $22/hr plus a $1/hr shift differential

3rd Shift: $22/hr plus a $1/hr shift differential *Work 36 hours get paid 40 hours
