Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets with speed and accuracy.
• Prepare boxes, load carts, and stage orders for shipment.
• Verify packing accuracy and seal cartons for shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Use WMS to track inventory and maintain accountability.
• Load/unload inbound/outbound freight and move stock to pallets or crates.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.

• 1st shift: Friday - Tuesday, 6:00am - 2:30pm, $19/h
• 2nd shift: Friday - Tuesday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm, $20/h
• 3rd shift: Thursday - Tuesday, 10:00pm - 6:30am, $20/h

Job Duties

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in picking customer orders and preparing them for shipment. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where accuracy, reliability, and teamwork matter most.

What You'll Do

• Pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets, ensuring accuracy and speed
• Prepare boxes, load carts, and stage orders for shipment
• Verify packing accuracy, seal cartons, and send to shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines
• Use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and maintain accountability
• Load/Unload inbound and/or outbound freight from trailers/containers
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transport materials to production workstations
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment in the facility
