Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates for our fast-paced athletic apparel distribution warehouse in Ontario, CA. You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, as well as assisting in a warehouse and fulfillment environment.

This role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and teamwork in a hands-on setting with multiple shifts and competitive pay. Training and safety are priorities for a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Technologically literate with the ability to use a computer and RF scanner.
• Ability to train new employees on procedures and duties.
• Ability to perform repetitive, precise movements and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move frequently.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets with speed and accuracy.
• Prepare boxes, load carts, and stage orders for shipment.
• Verify packing accuracy and seal cartons for shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Use WMS to track inventory and maintain accountability.
• Load/unload inbound/outbound freight and move stock to pallets or crates.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
