Metals USA in Wooster, OH is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team. You will locate finished products, fill orders, package items, and move materials using conveyors and hoisting equipment. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and reading tape measures and calipers.

We offer a base wage of $18.50/hr plus a $2.00/hr shift premium and 4 (10 hour) shifts. A safety-focused, team environment with growth opportunities awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a warehouse or industrial setting preferred.
• Able to operate forklift, overhead crane, machine shearing, and leveling lines.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Fluency in English and safety oriented.

Responsibilities

• Locate products completed in a first-step process.
• Fill orders and package product.
• Scale and tag product.
• Use conveyors, stackers, down enders and banders to move product.
• Transport items to the warehouse for future shipment.
• Operate overhead crane and forklift to move product.
• Identify defects and package designated items.
