Job summary

Metals USA in Horicon, WI is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team. You will locate products, fill orders, package items, and move stock using conveyors and packaging equipment. Forklift and overhead crane may be required to handle products, with safety and accuracy at the forefront.

Qualifications include fluency in English, basic math, ability to read measuring tapes, and a 50 lb lift. Warehouse experience and heavy equipment familiarity are preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Move products using forklift and overhead crane.
• Transport items to the warehouse for shipment.
• Identify defects and ensure proper packaging.

Responsibilities:

• Locates products that have been completed in a first step process
• Order filling
• Packages product
• Scales and tags product
• Uses plant specific packaging equipment which includes conveyors, stackers, down enders and banders to move product
• Transports items to the warehouse for future shipment
• Requires operation of an overhead crane and forklift to move product
• Can identify defects and package the designated items
• May perform other duties as related or assigned
