Job summary

Glazer’s Beer & Beverage in Texas is seeking Warehouse workers to efficiently move inbound and outbound products through the warehouse for delivery. Duties include receiving, stocking, loading, and preparing orders. Hours are from 10 am until close.

Starting pay is $18.25 per hour with a 4‑day work week and picking incentives. Benefits include vacation, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k with company match, life insurance, disability, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment safely.
• Plus 6 months of experience in a similar role.
• Preferred: proficiency with warehouse equipment beyond forklift use.
• Preferred: familiarity with inventory software, databases and systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in merchandise; compare to purchase orders.
• Fill case and bottle orders for products.
• Load delivery trucks and outbound shipments.
• Restock daily bottle and case inventory sold.
• Participate in inventory counts as directed.
• Follow safety rules and report issues promptly.
• Attend safety meetings and trainings as needed.
• Operate other warehouse equipment as required.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Summary:

The Warehouse Worker will efficiently and effectively move inbound and outbound product through the warehouse for delivery. This position may be responsible for one or more of the following job duties: Receiving, Stocking, and Loading. The hours for this role are from 10 am until close.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and check in merchandise from in-bound shipments compare to purchase orders or other documents.
• Fill case and bottle orders for products
• Load delivery trucks and other outbound shipments of billed orders
• Restock daily bottle and case inventory sold
• Participate in inventory counts as directed
• Understand and adhere to the safety rules and requirements in the workplace
• Ensure warehouse equipment service needs, safety needs, workplace accidents, and other safety issues are reported promptly
• Attend safety meetings; take safety classes, as needed
• Responsible for filling out equipment report before usage
• Responsible for meeting operational efficiency goals and benchmarks
• Operate other warehouse equipment, as needed
• Perform other job related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
