• Remain active and mobile throughout shift with possible overtime.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
• Provide support to ecommerce, inventory, and will-call services as needed.
• Follow supervisor directives and accommodations to support operations.

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Plymouth, MN 55447. This is a 1st shift position running from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM, offered as a 3-month contract with the potential for permanent hire at a rate of $20 per hour.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate industrial machinery like forklifts and order pickers to efficiently load, unload, and organize automotive parts and tires.
• Utilize scanning technology to accurately locate items and support ongoing inventory management efforts.
• Maintain a consistent pace of lifting 50 pounds, with occasional requirements to handle up to 80 pounds, utilizing team lifts or mechanical aids for heavy commercial tires.
• Apply up to 40 pounds of pushing force when maneuvering industrial or agricultural tires and barrels.
• Safely navigate equipment at heights reaching 25 feet to access high-level storage racks.
• Remain active and mobile throughout your shift, including a willingness to work overtime when operational demands require it.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all established safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Provide support to various areas including ecommerce, inventory, and will-call services as necessary.
• Perform additional tasks and follow supervisor directives as needed to support business operations, with reasonable accommodations available.
