Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable Material Handlers to join our warehouse team in Alabaster, AL. In this role, you will load, unload, stock, and move tires and automotive parts in a fast-paced distribution environment while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Shift options include 1st and 2nd with pay $18.00-$19.00 per hour. Cherry picker and order picker experience is required; lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally; heights up to 25 feet.

Qualifications

• Cherry picker and/or order picker experience is required.
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work safely at elevated heights.
• Strong attendance and reliability required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock, and organize tires and automotive parts within the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including cherry pickers and order pickers.
• Use handheld scanners to locate, pick, and put away inventory.
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed.
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 lbs.
• Push, pull, and maneuver barrels and tires requiring up to 40 lbs of force.
• Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating warehouse equipment.
• Remain on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist other departments as needed, including inventory, e-commerce, and will-call operations.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock, and organize tires and automotive parts within the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including cherry pickers and order pickers.
• Use handheld scanners to locate, pick, and put away inventory.
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed.
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 lbs.
• Perform team lifts or utilize mechanical equipment when handling commercial tires.
• Push, pull, and maneuver barrels and industrial/agricultural tires requiring up to 40 lbs of force.
• Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating warehouse equipment.
• Remain on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist other departments as needed, including inventory, e-commerce, and will-call operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
