Job description

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage tires and automotive components within our high-volume facility. Your primary duties involve utilizing industrial machinery, such as pickers and forklifts, to handle the loading, unloading, and organization of stock.

Operational Duties

• Utilize scanning technology to accurately locate and store inventory, supporting overall stock management efforts.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all established safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Regularly lift 50 pounds, with occasional requirements to handle up to 80 pounds, utilizing mechanical aids or team assistance for heavy commercial tires.
• Exert up to 40 pounds of pushing force when maneuvering industrial or agricultural tires and large barrels.
• Operate equipment safely at heights of up to 25 feet to reach elevated storage racks.
• Remain active throughout your shift, with the capacity to stand for long durations and support overtime requirements when necessary.
• Provide cross-functional support to areas including inventory, ecommerce, and will-call services based on current operational demands.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, with reasonable accommodations provided as needed.

This role is based in Mendota Heights, MN 55120. The position is a 3-month contract with the potential for an extension or a permanent offer. Compensation is set at $20 per hour on a W2 basis. The schedule is a first shift, Monday through Friday, from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
