Job summary

U.S. AutoForce in Minneapolis is seeking a warehouse/delivery associate to load/unload tires and auto parts, operate forklifts, and use scanners for inventory. You will also drive a box truck on deliveries, with a schedule from 11:00am to 7:30pm, Monday through Friday, plus potential overtime.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer service as you support daily operations and distribution across the region.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1 year of professional driving experience (cube van, box truck or semi).
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
• Pass a forklift certification test.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain DOT Medical Card during hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical aids for heavy tires.
• Exert up to 40 pounds pushing force when handling barrels and tires.
• Work at heights of racks up to 25 feet and operate equipment safely.
• Stay on your feet for long periods and work overtime as needed.
• Support safety policies and procedures across the team.
• May assist other departments (ecomm, inventory, will call) as needed.
