Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Logistics Picking and Shipping Technician to support inbound/outbound logistics. You will pick materials quickly and accurately using forklifts and MHE, double-check item numbers and counts, and load/unload trailers safely to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of warehousing or fulfillment experience, a High School diploma or GED, and forklift certification (or the ability to obtain).

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehousing, fulfillment, or materials experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain/license.
• Basic literacy and numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick materials quickly and accurately with forklifts.
• Double-check item numbers, counts, and condition before moving or packing.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Pack, palletize, and label outbound shipments, including hazmat and international orders.
• Record receipts/issues/transfers in the ERP/WMS to keep inventory accurate.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet schedules and requirements.
• Follow SOPs, promote safety, and maintain clean work areas.
