Job summary

In-N-Out Burger in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Warehouse Worker to pull orders, prepare goods for delivery, and manage warehouse inventory. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts and support receiving and shipping activities in a fast-paced food distribution environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, a valid Arizona driver’s license is not explicitly required but reliability and safety are emphasized.

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Warehouse Worker in our Phoenix, AZ warehouse. The Warehouse Worker will pull orders, prepare orders for delivery, receive and process warehouse products; may perform other warehouse functions as needed.

General Responsibilities

• Order pulling on a routine basis: Moving food items from storage areas to the shipping pallet
• Physically pull orders from shelves and load them onto trucks
• Responsible for keeping products separated, organized and in good rotation
• Transporting packed items onto the shipping pallet; load onto the delivery truck
• Perform any combination of receiving, storing and distributing tasks to assist in the distribution of product
• Pulling and preparing store product orders using an electric riding pallet jack, forklift, and hand-truck for delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory

Work Schedule + Benefits

• Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
• Hours: 2:00 pm - 12:30 am
• Four (4) days per week, rotating schedule
• Weekend and holiday availability required; Overtime as necessary

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Valid Arizona Driver's License (required)
• 1-2 years warehouse experience, or Order Puller experience (preferred)
• 1-2 years experience working in a meat facility, food processing plant, or similar warehouse experience (preferred)
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Dependable and Reliable; Excellent time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management

Physical Demands/Requirements

• Ability to lift a minimum of 60-75 lbs.
• Ability to work with heavy machinery
• Experience using an electric riding pallet jack, forklift, and hand-truck for delivery (preferred)
