Job summary

WOW Logistics in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Warehouse Worker for the Oshkosh Distribution Center. You will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, with a comprehensive two-week paid training and ongoing mentorship.

Shifts are Monday–Friday 12:00pm–8:30pm. Base pay is $20/hour with a $2/hour shift premium plus performance incentive programs. This is a safety-sensitive, drug-free workplace.

• Physical capability to lift 50–60 pounds.
• Forklift experience welcomed; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using MHE.

• Team Collaboration: Work independently or with others to meet high-demand workloads.
• Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products with RF scanning.

How Your Role Fits In

As a Warehouse Worker at our Oshkosh Distribution Center, you are more than just an equipment operator – you’re an MVP of our team! If you’re new to operating forklifts or other material handling equipment, don’t worry.

Our extensive, paid 2-week training program, paired with ongoing mentorship, will provide you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed. You’ll have dedicated support to help you apply your training to daily operations, setting you up for long-term success. WOW Logistics is a drug Free Workplace, and the Warehouse Worker position is considered a safety-sensitive position.

What you’ll do:

• Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Safety First: Operate MHE such as forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, adhering to all safety requirements and policies
• Team Collaboration: Work independently or alongside others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency
• Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products while maintain accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment

• Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50-60 pounds safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience: Previous forklift experience is a plus but not required – we’ll provide the training you need!
