Job Overview

You’ll be a part of the Automatic warehouse team that gets washers and dryers ready for customers relying on Automatic services. This is a fast-paced, physical role where you will be maneuvering, cleaning, prepping machines, as well as fixing and repairing machines. A valid driver's license is required for all of our roles. If you’re mechanically inclined or enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity to grow those skills with training and on-the-job experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

Some of your duties may include:

• Receive and put away inventory.
• Get customer orders ready.
• Load and unload machines.
• Deliver washers and dryers.
• Diagnose and repair machines; swap out parts as needed.
• Use a tablet to complete paperwork using our customized Salesforce platform.
• Troubleshoot problems in the field or warehouse.
• Ensure machines meet our quality and safety standards.

You’ll also need to:

• Be mechanically inclined or have an interest in learning how machines work.
• Be willing to learn how to troubleshoot and repair washers and dryers with guidance from our experienced team.
• Maneuver machines weighing over 150 lbs using proper equipment.
• Pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout your shift.
• Use dollies, hand trucks, and other moving gear.
• Follow safety, quality, and fulfillment standards.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must demonstrate mechanical inclination and a willingness to learn repair skills.
