Working in a Distribution Center means being on the front lines of getting products to guests quickly—a key part of our logistics. You’ll collaborate across teams to support the business and impact thousands of Target guests and team members worldwide. Roles include Distribution Center Operations, Quality Management, and Distribution Center Productivity, focusing on process, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
As a Lead Warehouse Worker, you will lead tasks such as assisting Operations Managers with work coordination, instilling a safety culture, identifying training needs, and participating in root cause analysis using continuous improvement methodologies. You’ll help conduct control plan and standard work audits, collaborate with your Operations Manager to identify gaps, and work with team members and leaders to assess product flow and quality, making recommendations for improvements. You will assign tasks, provide work direction, and monitor progress daily to enhance performance and meet goals. Your proactive problem-solving and professionalism will uphold Target’s values and demonstrate leadership.
