Job summary

AVI Foodsystems in Louisville, KY is seeking a Warehouse Worker, Part Time, 1st Shift to join our team. This role supports distribution, receiving, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Candidates should have experience in large food warehouses, a strong work ethic, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and tolerate temperature extremes. We offer competitive compensation and ample training and growth opportunities. Pre-employment drug testing is conducted; EOE.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all functions of the distribution and receiving for the warehouse
• Receive products coming into the warehouse
• Verify quantity and description of products
• Assemble and fill orders to be shipped
• Stock incoming orders
• Maintain accurate physical inventories
• Ensure all distribution and receiving in a timely and orderly manner
• Follow proper receiving procedures
• Comply with AVI policies and procedures, including security procedures
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (e.g. cleanliness, safety concerns, or security concerns)

• Participate in all functions of the distribution and receiving for the warehouse
