Job description

Part-time Warehouse Associate / Customer Pickup Tech

Schedule: Part-time with flexible shifts, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Serve showroom and HOM Furniture customers by pulling, loading, and ensuring transfers are completed efficiently and correctly.
• Disassemble and prepare products for pickup, transfers, and showroom displays.
• Interact with customers and coworkers in person and over the phone.
• Assist the Operations Manager, Showroom Manager, and Merchandisers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience: No experience necessary; job training will be provided.

Physical Demands: The role requires high physical activity, including standing for extended periods, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 150 pounds individually, and up to 300 pounds with a team. The employee may need to ascend/descend ladders and stairs safely and work at heights when necessary. Adherence to safe lifting techniques and participation in safety programs are required.
