Job Details

Starting Salary: $21.00 - $23.00/hr (depending on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time, Hourly

Work Environment: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Job Responsibilities

1. Order Fulfillment: Print and review pick lists, accurately pick products, prepare orders for shipment with proper labeling and packaging.
2. Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, verify, label, and store incoming goods.
3. Loading and Unloading: Use appropriate equipment to load/unload trucks, ensuring secure packing and proper documentation.
4. Quality Control: Verify accuracy between bill of lading and purchase orders, conduct inventory audits, report discrepancies.
5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain inventory records, complete shipping/receiving documentation, assist in inventory reports.
6. Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols, operate equipment safely, keep the work environment organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other equipment (certification a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, basic computer skills.
• Physical stamina for manual labor, good communication, reliability, and punctuality.

Physical Demands & Environment

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods.
• Visual requirements include close and distance vision.
• Capability to work in adverse weather conditions, use safety gear.
• Exposure to moving machinery, dust, and hazards in the warehouse.
