Aerotek is seeking a Warehouse Worker for a contract-to-hire role based in Evansville, IN. You will support daily production and logistics through order picking, inventory control, loading/unloading, and basic machine operation to help maintain smooth manufacturing and packaging processes.

The position requires at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation across shifts.

As a Warehouse Worker, you will support daily production and logistics by performing order picking, inventory control, loading and unloading, and hands-on work with manufacturing and packaging processes.

Work Environment

This role is based in a clean manufacturing warehouse within a new facility, providing a very clean and comfortable environment. The work involves supporting molding and production operations as well as warehouse activities such as order picking, inventory control, and loading/unloading. The facility operates multiple shifts from Monday through Friday: 1st shift runs from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 2nd shift runs from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and 3rd shift runs from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. On the first day, the start time is 7:45 AM for onboarding and orientation. You will work around production machinery, packaging equipment, and standard warehouse tools, following safety procedures in a structured, organized environment, with a casual, practical dress code appropriate for a manufacturing warehouse setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Evansville, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
