Job summary

Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. in Medina, OH is seeking a Warehouse – Will Call Associate with warehouse and customer service experience to join our team. Hours: 9:30am - 6pm.

This role requires lifting, organizing tickets, pulling orders, and operating at the will call counter with professionalism. Training provided; benefits include weekly pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have warehouse AND Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Practice a high level of customer service with all customers that come to will call counter
• Follow up with salespeople or customers regarding orders that need to be cancelled or voided.
• Lifting pipes and materials
• Working in warehouse with steel-toe shoes
• Organize tickets against material
• Pull in route and onsite orders and put away on appropriate shelves
• Stage material on shelves and skips to be put away in high bay areas
• Assist with pulling orders at the end of the day
• Order supplies as needed
• Void cancellations and follow up with salesman or customer
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Ability to learn tow motor
• Must be able to answer, transfer and page with phone system

We are looking for a Warehouse – Will Call Associate to add to our growing team in Medina. Only apply if you have warehouse and customer service experience. Others will not be considered.

Hours: 9:30am -6pm
