Job summary

Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Medina, OH location. The role supports transfers, loading/unloading and day-to-day warehouse tasks, with a Sunday-Thursday night schedule.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour plus shift differential, with comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k with match, paid training, and PTO. We value teamwork, initiative, and reliable performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Confident taking direction and following through with minimal supervision.
• Capable of handling additional duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism while assisting customers.
• Help with transfer drivers directing, unloading and placing of material.
• Sort and receive all transfers.
• Stage SO/SCs.
• Enter transfer error tracking.
• Place cages and skids in branch bays to prepare for the day.
• Assist AM drivers to verify material goes out on consolidator.
• Make decisions, take initiative, and be a team player.
• Work Sunday night through Thursday night and communicate for the following shift.

Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. is one of the largest independent Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC distributors in America. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to add to our growing team at our Medina location.

Work Week & Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 7:30 PM-2:30 AM

Pay: $17.00 plus sift diff.

Job Duties

• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism while assisting customers
• Help/work with transfer drivers directing, unloading and placing of material
• Sort and receive all transfers
• Stage SO/SCs
• Enter transfer error tracking
• Place cages and skids in branch bays to prepare for the day
• Be support and second eyes for AM drivers with their orders to verify all material goes out on consolidator
• Employees must be able to make decisions, take initiative, and be a team player
• Able to work Sunday night through Thursday night and leave communication for following shift.
• Other duties may be assigned at a later time by mgmt.
