Job summary

Wolff Bros Supply, Inc. in Medina, OH seeks motivated warehouse associates, both entry-level and experienced. You will be on your feet, learn our systems, and work to meet daily distribution goals.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with weekly pay, paid training, and comprehensive benefits. You must be 18+ and able to lift 50–75 lbs while staying dependable.

• Pick & Pack: gather electrical, plumbing, or HVAC supplies using scan guns and pack safely.

• Keep it Safe: maintain a clean, organized workspace for a safe environment.
• Team Up: collaborate with a crew to meet daily distribution goals.

Wolff Bros Supply is looking for motivated, reliable Entry-Level & Experienced Warehouse Associates to join our team in Medina. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, if not, no problem. We’ll teach you everything you need to know. If you have a strong work ethic and a desire to build a stable career, we want to talk to you.

Work Week & Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30AM - 6PM

Starting Pay Rate: $17.00+ quarterly incentive

This is a highly physical job. You will be on your feet for your entire shift, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting heavy materials. It’s a great workout, but you need to be ready to sweat and work hard every day.

What You’ll Do Each Day

Pick & Pack: Accurately gather electrical, plumbing, or HVAC supplies using scan guns and pack them safely.

Load & Unload: Help move incoming and outgoing freight, organizing materials safely on the shelves.

Keep it Safe: Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Team Up: Work alongside a great crew to hit daily distribution goals.
