Job summary

Goodwill-Industries-of-the-Columbia seeks a full-time warehouse associate in Pasco, WA. You will receive products from stores and donors, sort into processing/recycling/storage, and operate a forklift to load/unload materials. You may also run a baler and perform cleaning tasks as needed.

You will regularly conduct safety inspections and provide customer service using the Greet, Offer, Thank and Ask Back protocol. Training begins at a Tri-Cities location before transitioning to the Pasco store.

Qualifications

• Must meet physical requirements to move 50-pound objects.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Able to work in a dusty warehouse environment.
• Able to meet speed and accuracy work goals.
• Available to work weekends and evenings.
• Capable of working independently.
• Proven dependability.
• Friendly and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Receive product from retail stores, donation sites, and donors.
• Sort product into processing, recycling and storage categories.
• Operate a forklift to load and unload materials.
• Unload and load trucks.
• Operate a baler (not all locations).
• Complete cleaning tasks as needed.
• Regularly conduct and document safety inspections.
• Provide customers service using Greet, Offer, Thank and Ask Back protocol.
