Job summary

Capstone Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Unloader in Milton, PA for 1st Shift (5:00 AM until finished, Fri-Mon). Earn $700–$1,200 per week with weekly pay, hands-on work moving products from incoming trailers into the warehouse.

You will unload freight, sort, palletize, and organize products, handling 25–75 lb items, building pallets and inspecting shipments while maintaining a safe, clean workspace and following site procedures. Growth opportunities and internal promotions are available.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Warehouse Unloader, you'll be an important part of the operation, helping move products safely and efficiently from incoming trailers into the warehouse. This is an active, physical position where you'll stay moving throughout your shift.

What you'll do:

• Unload freight from trailers and move products throughout the warehouse
• Sort, stack, palletize, and organize products
• Handle freight weighing approximately 25–75 lbs
• Build and wrap pallets for safe storage or shipment
• Inspect and organize incoming freight
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by site leadership

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong work ethic and a dependable attendance record
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 25–75 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
• Warehouse or freight-handling experience is preferred, but not required
• Previous equipment experience is a plus
